IN-HOUSE Services Lower, Mid, and Upper Cape Cod
Deborah Paine, CGP, CAPS, President
Deborah has been a designer-builder for 35 years. In 2012, she decided she needed better options for cabinets. In order to control quality and create more aesthetically pleasing results, she created IN-HOUSE to extend her design-build experience to her clients, providing distinctive, quality cabinets, fixtures and flooring without travelling to Hyannis or Boston. Now, she welcomes homeowners, builders, architects and their clients to talk to the designers of IN-HOUSE; who better than an award-winning builder and an award-winning kitchen designer to provide you, your builder or architect cabinetry for a seamless process from conception to delivery? We instinctively talk the language, understand the embedded obstacles and can provide intelligent solutions.
For the last 3 years, she has been quietly working with developers and builders in Maine and on Cape Cod to provide their cabinetry, most recently delivering 27 kitchens to the 20 Thames Condominium project on the water in Portland, Maine. This was a resounding success - the developers and the buyers just loved the cabinets. The cabinetry plans and information we provide impresses the installers as much as the quality of the product.
Deborah arrived in Provincetown in 1989. Before that, she enjoyed a long stint in California and spent time on an island off the coast of Maine, where she started her business. A lover of all things saltwater, she is happiest in a small coastal town where freedom and familiarity are inherent.
Deborah has felt a passion for home since her childhood. Incessantly inquisitive and resourceful, she takes on projects with a “what could be” attitude. Around the Lower Cape, Deborah is often identified by her trucks, her site signs, or the wonderful work she leaves behind at the end of a project. Now, she’s able to provide terrific cabinet solutions in a wide variety of price points to the public.
At IN-HOUSE, Deborah shares her love of all things home.
